It had a magnificent and particularly good setting close to the train station, the promenade and the shops/restaurants. Rooms here were equipped with the boiler, the cupboard, for example. Jo made everything for all of us.

The rooms are nicely furnished and the place is in a great spot, really close to the promenade, the train station, and the shops/restaurants. There's a lounge where you can relax and a large kitchen for your use. 🏠

We had a wonderful stay at the Beautiful Sea View Apartment in St Leonards On Sea. the flat was impeccable and well-organised, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. It was beautifully clean and tidy, with lovely homely touches throughout. the kitchen was well-equipped, and the main bedroom exceeded our expectations in terms of size and comfort. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from shops, cafes, the train station, and the seafront. Cons: Could not be improved in any way! 😊.

Hot water was turned off upon arrival, resulting in one guest taking a chilly shower. we quickly resolved the issue by locating the water heater in the second bedroom.

As youngsters, we loved the impeccable flat with its airy and comfortable atmosphere. Having two toilets was a great convenience. the flat was so clean and neatly organized, yet still felt comfortable and relaxing. We also appreciated that the apartment was well-finished and presented exactly as shown in the photos. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and the self check-in instructions were clear.

We felt very at home and had no complaints at all.

The apartment had a stunning sea view that took our breath away. It felt like waking up in paradise every morning. The three bedrooms were spacious and cozy, perfect for our family getaway. We loved having a flat-screen TV in the apartment, it made our movie nights so much more enjoyable.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the kitchen. But others might still find it functional and enjoyable.

I always stay here, no regrets. Staff helped with late check out. Perfect place with free Wi-Fi, parking, kettle, kitchen utensils, TV, mini golf. Coming back for holiday.
